Our return policy lasts 72hrs.
If 72hrs have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received and must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as cakes, flowers,drinks or chocolates(any other food items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as jewellery/Personal clothes/Shoes once worn/used.

- Personalised/Branded Gift Items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. We will need a photo of the damaged emailed to us at email@example.com or whatsapp 0720979024 for our review. For products damaged during delivery, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection in order to file a claim with the courier service. Once we receive the package in our office, we will assess it and give feedback within 72 hours.
Refunds (if approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your visa card or original method of payment, within three working days.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We only accept returns sent back to us via Fargo Courier Services only.
